With over 20 years of traffic experience in private and municipal settings, Mr. Maximous provides an in-depth understanding of traffic laws, regulations, operations, and standards, along with extensive experience in analyzing traffic patterns, driver behavior, and roadway design. His field of experience includes all aspects of traffic engineering including the Federal and CA-MUTCD, traffic signal design, traffic signal timing and operations, speed limits and E&T surveys, railroad preemption, intelligent transportation systems, as well as expert witness testimony
Mr. Maximous holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is licensed as a Professional Civil Engineer in California, Texas, Washington, and Arizona and as a Traffic Engineer in California.
He currently serves as the Mobility and Traffic Engineering Manager for the City of Culver City.
